 Nicole Zendehdel has always been passionate about education.

At a young age, she knew she wanted to be a teacher. She achieved her

dream by teaching 2nd grade while completing her Bachelor’s Degree

from the University of California at Los Angeles. But, while instructing

her students on reading and writing, Nicole took every opportunity

to infuse life lessons into their studies. Realizing her ability to impact

the students’ hearts and minds, she left teaching to focus on providing

a more meaningful education to a larger population.

This dream brought Nicole to Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY),

the nation’s premier youth leadership development organization. As

Director of National Programs, Nicole is responsible for managing and

directing HOBY's field operations in the West Region of the U.S.,

which consists of 13 Affiliate Corporations in 12 states. Through its

various programs, HOBY serves nearly 9,000 high school students

throughout the country each year.

Nicole is excited to bring her expertise in training, program development, graphic design and organizational expansion to Dreamality Education & Coaching—a natural fit for her passion. Nicole has completed all of the Dreamality programs and is committed to sharing its wisdom to positively affect the world.

Nicole is also happily married to Dreamality Founder Arjang Zendehdel since 2001, and mother to their first child, Eliav. She proudly stands beside her husband as the Dreamality Vice President of Development to make their vision for the organization a reality.
